William Bruce Johnson has had a long career as a software developer, consultant, and author. He started a couple of consulting companies, one in Los Angeles and one in Toronto. At the same time, he honed his voice as a writer. Initially, he was a columnist and feature writer for a technical magazine. Later he wrote or contributed to ten technical books. 

At the moment, he has moved from the incredibly exciting world of writing for computer people to the boring, mundane world of writing novels. Thrillers, to be specific. He has a completed manuscript making the rounds of editors and agents and is well into writing the sequel.
